CREATE YOUR
OWN EXCEL/ACCESS
VISUALIZATIONS & ANALYSES
Bring your laptop! You'll be able to create your
own Excel/Access Visualizations & Analyses. You'll learn how ViSta
works with Excel and Access, and how to put this together with
ViSta's open development environment. Then, you'll be able to
customize visualizations and analyses for your Excel and Access
users.
LEARN ABOUT CVS - THE
DEVELOPER'S SERVER
UNC's new CVS server provides coordinated access
to ViSta's open source and documentation base. The CVS server
supports and coordinates developers who want to extend, enhance,
fix, or otherwise change ViSta's code, and writers who wish to
document new features, update old documentation, write an Intro
Stats book featuring ViSta, etc. Learn how to gain access to the
server, how to use it, how to contribute fundamental new features
to ViSta, and how to alleviate the documentation problem.
MEET OTHER VISTA DEVELOPERS
There will be plenty of open time to renew old acquaintences
and meet ViSta netizens face-to-face. There will also be plenty
of structured time to learn about new developments in ViSta development.
Remember, space is limited to 24, so sign up soon
for the first-ever ViSta Developer's Workshop!
